Story : Salman Khan is a bodyguard eternally indebted to Raj Babbar for saving his mother. In return he is asked to protect Raj Babbar's daughter - Kareena Kapoor from Mahesh Manjrekar, Aditya Pancholi and his goons.
Review: Out of the 5 stars that I have given above, 4 are only for Salman Khan. Take him out of the movie and the story, dialogues, action, comedy deserve only 1 out of 10. Where 'Wanted' was awesome, 'Dabangg' okay, Bodyguard is just senseless. The over the top action looks very cheesy rather than entertaining. Salman Khan looks like Terminator, X-Men and Spiderman all rolled into one who might be able to evenly match Rajnikanth in fighting. There are no memorable dialogues and the twist in the story will make you either laugh or cry but only out of frustration.
The only thing that carries this movie is Salman's sincere performance. I would recommend this movie only for hardcore Salman fans,though even they will find little to whistle or cheer in this movie.
